Experimental, shared-capacity service. Two valid invocations per pseudonymous principal per 24 hours, subject to the global safety cap. No account, payment, automatic paid conversion or uptime SLA.

A random anonymous session token is generated in memory on first use. It is reused within this tab, never displayed, put in the URL or retained in browser storage. Reloading may start another identity; shared capacity can still prevent a request. No request happens until you press Run.

Crossref offers free underlying metadata. TOVREK adds a governed determination with evidence boundaries, source-versus-observation times, and explicit unknowns. A missing or conflicting fact is not confirmation. MCP is live at /mcp with bounded bearer access.
