FT-01 is a bounded machine-customer experiment. TOVREK minimises behavioural
and operational telemetry to what is needed to operate, secure and interpret
the experiment.

FT-01 behavioural telemetry does not retain raw request bodies, bearer values,
provider secrets or protected upstream source payloads. It may retain bounded
event identifiers, timestamps, pseudonymous/anonymous population classes,
transport, access-ring, outcome/friction classifications, capability/version
and correlation identifiers.

Event-level telemetry is kept only while necessary to operate and interpret the
active experiment, freeze the Day-14 or early-termination evidence pack, and
resolve an open integrity/security matter that materially depends on it.
Approved aggregate/evidence records are frozen before event-level deletion
where applicable.

Current launch data flow:
- public HTTPS/custom-domain edge: Firebase Hosting;
- public runtime and operational telemetry: Google Cloud Run / Firestore;
- supported external evidence source: Crossref REST API;
- model provider: none for capability version 0.1.0;
- payment processing: none for FT-01.

The TOVREK application does not intentionally set non-essential browser cookies
or local-storage identifiers on this minimal trust surface.
