TOVREK FT-01 Free Machine Trial Terms

FT-01 is a free, bounded machine-customer learning experiment. It is intended
primarily for organisations, developers and authorised machine clients.
Payment is not required and there is no automatic paid conversion.

Evidence and uncertainty:
UNK/unresolved means available evidence is insufficient. Material conflicts are
preserved. Results are bounded by their source, observation/retrieval time and
freshness. TOVREK does not itself grant authority for a downstream action.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, unnecessary personal data,
special-category/criminal-offence data, or confidential material not required
by the supported request. Do not bypass quota, idempotency, cost, safety or
security controls.

Initial FT-01 controls include a GBP 30 maximum experiment exposure, GBP 2/day
public-runtime cost hard stop, at most 2 valid anonymous proof invocations per
principal per 24 hours, one concurrent cost-bearing request per principal and
zero automatic retries. Limits may be tightened for safety or integrity.

FT-01 is experimental and has no SLA. TOVREK may pause, disable, withdraw or
roll back a capability or transport for safety, security, cost, evidence
integrity, maintenance or experiment-control reasons.

Third-party source rights remain subject to the applicable source terms.
No numeric liability cap is invented in these experimental terms.
